After 2 years , once the Department has <br /> demonstrated its ability to meet HUD standards in <br /> processing complaints , the Human Rights Department will <br /> receive reimbursement of $1 ,300 for each housing complaint it <br /> closes . HUD will send any housing complaints it receives <br /> from Orange County to the Department for investigation, thus <br /> eliminating any duplication of federal and county efforts . <br />
