It is zoned <br /> Agricultural Residential with the northern portion of <br /> the tract in the Little River Watershed and the <br /> remaining portion in the Lower Eno Watershed. <br /> The area proposed for development is 43 .49 acres in <br /> size with 25 lots proposed. Each lot will be served by <br /> individual wells and septic tanks. Lots in the Little <br /> River Watershed will have a minimum lot size of 2. 00 <br /> acres while lots in the Lower Eno have a minimum 40, 000 <br /> square feet. <br /> A public road (Percussion Drive) is proposed to extend <br /> south off Walker Road to serve the subdivision. <br /> Stillwater Lane is a proposed public road that will <br /> extend southeast off Percussion Drive. Fendt Meadows <br /> Drive is an existing private road that extends across <br /> lot 1 and previously extended across lot 20 out to <br /> Walker Road. This road will continue to provide access <br /> to Fendt Meadows Subdivision which is immediately west <br /> of this subdivision. A private 50 foot access and <br /> utility easement will also be provided between lots 7 <br />
