Fairview Park Update on Construction Timetable and Other Issues <br />Work is continuing on permit approvals and construction drawings for Fairview Park. A <br />$500,000 grant application to the NC Parks and Recreation Trust Fund was submitted on <br />January 31, with funding award notice expected in May or July. The attached memo from <br />Environment & Resource Conservation Director David Stancil and Recreation & Parks Director <br />Lori Taft provides additional information. <br />Staff will provide any other information at the meeting, and the Boards can discuss issues <br />related to the park as necessary. <br />Attachment I — 2118108 Fairview Park Status Report Memorandum <br />2.
