Approve the proposal. <br /> Commissioner Price said she liked the idea of a side walk going to the school. <br /> Craig Benedict said this was not required, but the applicant agreed to provide that. <br /> Commissioner Gordon referred to the fiscal impact analysis and asked if this is a <br /> different analysis. <br /> Craig Benedict said staff has tried to update this model from within the constraints. He <br /> said this shows a positive cost of service analysis and it is different. <br />
