RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Director recommends the Board: 1. Receive the Preliminary Plat application; 2. Deliberate on the proposal; and 3. Approve the proposal. Commissioner Price said she liked the idea of a side walk going to the school. Craig Benedict said this was not required, but the applicant agreed to provide that. Commissioner Gordon referred to the fiscal impact analysis and asked if this is a different analysis. Craig Benedict said staff has tried to update this model from within the constraints. He said this shows a positive cost of service analysis and it is different.
