Additions or Chanqes to the Aqenda <br /> Chair Jacobs reviewed the following list of items at the Commissioner's places: <br /> - PowerPoint— Item 7C -Central and Rural Orange County Five-Year Bus Service <br /> Expansion Program — Orange Public Transportation <br /> - PowerPoint - Item 7D- Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application — Pleasant <br /> Green <br /> Woods Phase IV <br /> - PowerPoint - Item 7E- Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application — Stroud's Creek <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 2. Public Comments <br /> a. Matters not on the Printed Aqenda <br /> Don O'Leary said he wanted to give some words of encouragement about what can be <br /> done about fluoride. He read a portion of a document from the state assembly, and he said <br /> the Board of County Commissioners has authority over water departments and can revoke <br /> their licensing if they put drugs like fluoride in the water. <br /> b.
