I-40/OLD N.C. 86 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br /> Planning Director Marvin Collins presented for Board <br /> consideration of approval an amendment to the I-40/Old NC Highway 86 <br /> Economic Development District (EDD) to include the area on the west side <br /> of NC 86 between Cates Creek and Oakdale Drive.
