37 <br />Aaalication - A formal reauest. containina all necessary and reauired <br />documentation, submitted to Oranae County to construct or modify a wireless <br />suaaort structure or a wireless facilify. <br />Board -The Oranae Countv Board of County.Commissioners. <br />Buildina Code -The most recently adopted or amended edition of the North <br />-- <br />Carolina State Buildina Code. <br />Buildina permit - An official Oranae Countv administrative authorization to beain <br />-- ---- <br />construction consistent with the provisions of G.S. 153A-357. <br />Collocation -The installation of new wireless facilities on areviously aaaroved <br />structures, including +^`~wireless suaaort structures. buildings. utility poles. <br />and water tanks. <br />Commercial Imaracticability or Comrriercially Imaracticable -The inability to <br />aerForm an act on terms that are reasonable in commerce: the cause or <br />occurrence of which could not have been reasonably anticiaated or foreseen and <br />that ieoaardizes the financial efficacy of the aroiect.
