36 <br />8.8.17a5. Liability Insurance. <br />A holder of a Saecial Use Permit for a wireless suaaort structure shall secure and <br />at all times maintain aublic liability insurance for aersonal iniuries. death and <br />aroaertv damaae. and umbrella insurance coveraae. for the duration of the <br />Saecial Use Permit in the followina amounts: <br />a. Commercial General Liability coverina aersonal iniuries. death and <br />aroaerty damaae: $1.000.000 aer occurrence/$2.000.000 aaareaate: and <br />b. Automobile coveraae: $1.000.000.00 aer occurrence/ $2.OOO.Q00 <br />as act; and <br />c. A $3.000.000 Umbrella coveraae: and <br />d. Workers Comaensation and Disability: Statutory amounts. <br />are to renew or realace. <br />Before construction of a permitted facility is initiated. but in no case later than <br />certificates rearesentina the insurance in the reauired amounts. A Certificate of <br />Insurance that states that it is for informational auraoses only and does not <br />confer riahts uaon the Countv shall not be deemed to comaly with this Section. <br />PART III. That Article Twenty-two (22) Definitions be amended by creating a new <br />.Section entitles Definitions -Telecommunication Facilities to read as <br />follows: <br />Article 8 of this Ordinance shall be defined as follows: <br />Accessory Use - A use incidental to. subordinate to. and subservient to the <br />princiaal use of the aroaerty. As defined in this section an accessory use is a <br />secondary use. <br />Antenna A system of electrical conductor communications eauiament that <br />r _. <br />transmits and/or receives electromaanetic radio sianals used in the arovision of <br />all tvaes of wireless communications services. <br />Aaalicant - Anv wireless service provider or wireless suaaort structure ovvner <br />submittina an aaalication for a wireless facility. <br />For a wireless suaaort structure on County aroaertv. the Commercial General <br />Liability insurance aolicv shall saecifically name the County as an additional <br />insured. The insurance aolicies shall be issued by an aaent or representative of <br />an insurance comaanv licensed to do business in the State and with a Best's <br />
