F. Each party agrees to be responsible for its own liabilities and that of its officers, <br /> employees, agents or representatives arising out of this agreement. <br /> G. This agreement may be terminated by either party with or without cause by giving <br /> thirty (30) days prior written notice. The thirty (30) day termination period shall commence on <br /> the date of receipt of the notice by the affected party. <br /> H. Each party agrees to be responsible for its own liabilities and that of its officers, <br /> employees, agents or representatives arising out of this Agreement. <br /> I. This agreement shall run upon signature through June 30, 1995. It is not subject <br /> to renewal. <br /> J. TROSA and the County agree that each party will comply with such non- <br /> discrimination laws as may be applicable to them in performance of this contract. <br /> K. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and shall not be <br /> altered, amended or modified except by an agreement in writing executed by the duly authorized <br /> officials of both parties. <br /> L. The laws of North Carolina shall govern the validity and interpretation of the <br /> provisions, terms and conditions of the agreement. <br /> 4 <br />
