A. TROSA will provide 16 months of residential substance abuse treatment services <br /> for an individual referred or sentenced through the Orange County criminal justice system. <br /> Treatment for this individual shall include at least the following: <br /> 1) educational support including participation in existing educational programs; <br /> 2) vocational support including use of existing services to provide skill <br /> building and job placement services; <br /> 3) participation in individual and group counseling sessions and use of self- <br /> help groups; <br /> 4) providing food, shelter and clothing required by residents participating in <br /> this:,program; <br /> 5) detoxification support. <br /> B. TROSA further agrees to provide the following services pursuant to this contract: <br /> 1) provide medical screening, determine presence of addiction, coordinate and <br /> monitor the individual's interaction to the substance abuse treatment center; <br /> 2) perform random urine screens on program participants through a contractual <br /> arrangement with NIDA Certified Laboratory; <br /> 3) coordinate with the Orange and Chatham County criminal justice systems <br /> to insure any required compliance; <br /> 4) provide a report to the Orange-Chatham Criminal Justice Partnership <br /> Advisory Board at the conclusion of the contract period to provide an evaluation of the program <br /> effectiveness. <br /> 2 <br />
