Hospital. The Hospital also agrees to reimburse the County <br /> for 2 percent of the salary and benefits of a full time <br /> supervisor. Salary and benefits for the Social Worker I <br /> and the supervisor include: base salary under State <br /> Personnel Regulations; FICA taxes; county government <br /> retirement; paid vacation, sick leave, or other leave under <br /> approved county plan; paid holidays as observed by county; <br /> paid petty leave of 14 hours per year; necessary travel and <br /> per diem for job related activities. <br /> 3. Other supportive expenses provided by the Hospital <br /> include: Office space; parking space; office equipment; <br /> clerical support; and telephone service as required to <br /> adequately support the services provided by this agreement. <br /> The Hospital also agrees to pay a processing fee of $2.00 for <br /> each "out of Orange County" case processed. <br /> 4. The Social Worker I shall receive, process and <br /> certify or deny applications for financial assistance under <br /> programs administered by OCDSS and originating in the <br /> Hospital OB/GYN Clinic. This worker shall be assisted by the <br /> Hospital staff in obtaining needed information on active <br /> cases eligible under the Department of Social Services <br /> Programs. Assignment of work to this Social Worker I will be <br /> the responsibility of a designated Hospital staff member. <br /> 5. The Social Services Social Worker I shall work <br />
