The fully <br /> executed copy of the lease enclosed is "Orange County's" copy for <br /> now. I have retained another fully executed copy of the lease <br /> for recording. However, the lease cannot be recorded until the <br /> subdivision plat is approved by the Town of Chapel Hill . Only <br /> after that subdivision plat is approved and obtained can the plat <br /> be recorded and can we have the plat book and page number <br /> necessary to complete the lease document.
