4 <br /> 31 <br /> STONEY CREEK PLANNING GROUP CHRONOLOGY <br /> Meeting 1 - March 16, 1995 <br /> The meeting involved an overview of the planning process, <br /> introductions, and development by the group of a listing of <br /> concerns, desired outcomes, and operational guidelines. <br /> Meeting 2 - April 6, 1995 <br /> The UNC planning students met with the group and presented <br /> their preliminary plans for the area utilizing the <br /> conventional, density neutral (open space) , and neo- <br /> traditional planning concepts. <br /> Meeting 3 - April 27, 1995 <br /> The UNC planning students met with the group to present their <br /> impact analyses on the conventional, density-neutral, and neo- <br /> traditional plans presented on April 6. <br /> Meeting 4 - May 18, 1995 <br /> Orange County Planning staff presented a plan alternative <br /> for the area utilizing various recommendations from the Rural <br /> Character Study. <br /> Meeting 5 - June 15, 1995 <br /> Planning Group members shared their ideas on a "vision" for <br /> the area. The ideas will be more fully developed at the next <br /> meeting. <br />
