Collins noted that daycare is included in secondary so it is not an issue. Barrows seconded the motion by Price. Howie expressed concern that such a small area would attract strip development. Due to the lay of the land, she felt that primary would encourage strip development. Barrows stated that there .should be a step-down between primary and residential and she felt the motion did address that concern. Walters stated that the Planning Board should consider compromise on each side and try to make a recommendation that would address as many concerns as possible. That was the reason for her suggestion that the list of permitted uses be discussed and voted on individually. Brown expressed agreement with Barrows' statement that there should be a secondary buffer around EDDs. VOTE: 5 in favor. 6 opposed. Adjournment time was reached.
