Collins reviewed the list noting that some <br /> primary uses had been added to secondary. <br /> Waddell suggested that the Planning Board discuss <br /> the modified secondary listing and the permitted <br /> uses and send forward to the Commissioners a <br /> recommendation including votes on the permitted uses <br /> as listed in the agenda materials. She noted also that <br /> Commissioner Gordon had recommended secondary and <br /> suggested that daycare be added to the list of <br /> permitted uses. <br /> Price asked about the difference between primary, <br /> secondary and the overlay. Waddell responded that <br /> secondary has fewer uses than primary and larger <br /> setbacks. The overlay is between the two. The <br /> modified secondary would fall somewhat between <br /> secondary and overlay. <br /> Walters suggested that the Board review the list of <br /> permitted uses, compare the differences and <br /> determine agreement/disagreement and vote on each <br /> one. Waddell agreed that it was a good suggestion. <br /> Price noted that she would propose secondary <br /> expressing concern for what could happen in the <br /> future and adapt it more to the residential area. <br /> MOTION: Price moved approval of the modified secondary with <br /> the addition of daycare. <br /> Brown indicated that some of the permitted uses <br /> presented by Staff are in conflict with the modified <br />
