44 <br /> Members of the Planning Commission, <br /> As a resident of Cornwallis Hills I would like to voice my opinion <br /> about the impending Economic Development slated for the area <br /> around our homes.We all know that at this point, it's going to happen. <br /> I would like to ask the board to reconsider the zoning to be changed <br /> to secondary versus primary. <br /> We recently moved to Hillsborough from Orlando Florida. This <br /> town is what we always wanted to bring our children up in. After 16 <br /> years in Orlando you can imagine the growth and changes that we <br /> witnessed. Not all of them good. I don't think that this plan is what <br /> this town needs. How many banks and restaurants are needed for a <br /> town of this size? <br /> I don't want to see Hillsborough turned in to a "DRIVE-THRU" <br /> town! <br /> Thank you for your time and please consider changing the <br /> zoning to benefit all of us who would like to bring their children up in <br /> the nice place that Hillsborough is. <br /> Once Again Thank You, <br /> Jim Fuller and Family <br /> 105 Lafayette Drive <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />
