23 <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> For uses requiring approval as a Planned Development, <br /> applications will be evaluated in terms of the conditions <br /> identified in Article 7 of the Zoning Ordinance as well as the <br /> criteria and standards contained in this Design Manual. The <br /> Planned Development approval process includes the <br /> approval of a Class A Special Use Permit, site plan, and <br /> rezoning to a"PD"or "Planned Development" <br /> class cation.
