As a group, they may be <br /> asked to be excluded at this time rather than be designated <br /> as "secondary". The decision will be partially based on <br /> information they hope to gather concerning the value and <br /> market demand for their property for multi-family use which <br /> is allowed in ,"secondary". <br /> 2 . To be zoned equally with the road front properties on the <br /> east side of Old NC 86. They feel similar permitted uses <br /> and regulations are necessary. They also want the east <br /> side to be part of the Economic Development District. <br /> 3. - To reach a- joint neighborhood solution without being <br /> required to go back through another public hearing. <br /> 4 . To modify side buffers which are contiguous to streets <br /> rather than residential property.. Although they are not <br /> totally happy with 100 foot buffers between uses and feel <br /> that some of that buffer should be the residents <br /> responsibility, they understand the need for such buffers. <br /> 5 . To reach a compromise for permitted uses. <br />
