7 <br /> Duman Services Automation Project <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 61-603 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 <br /> of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized will provide funds to create a master client index database which will be utilized by <br /> County's human services departments and assist them in total case management activities. This project wil <br /> be financed with proceeds from the County's portion of the one half cent sales taxes and grant funds(for t <br /> Department of Social Services and Child Support Enforcement)from the State of North Carolina. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget contained her <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund(1992-93) $12,900 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1993-94) $45,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1994-95) S158,530 <br /> Total Transfers from Other Funds $216,430 <br /> Intergovernmental-DSS(1992-93) 27,100 <br /> Intergovernmental-DSS(1993-94) 1 5,000 <br /> Intergovernmental-DSS(1994-95) 34,955 <br /> Intergovernmental-Child Support(1994-95) 7.310 <br /> Total Intergovernmental $84,365 <br /> Total Revenue $300,795 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Human Services Automation Project $300,795 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Master Client Index Capital Project Ordinances. <br /> Section 6.
