i <br /> 9 <br /> NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises and of the <br /> following mutual promises, covenants and conditions, the County and <br /> TROSA agree as follows: <br /> A. • TROSA will provide residential substance abuse treatment <br /> services for a minimum of eight (8) individuals referred by Orange <br /> County. Treatment for these individuals shall include at least the <br /> following: <br /> 1) educational support including participation in <br /> existing educational programs; <br /> 2) vocational support including use of existing <br /> services to provide skill building and job placement services; <br /> 3) participation in individual and group counseling <br /> sessions including family involvement and use of self-help groups <br /> including Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous; <br /> 4) providing food, shelter and clothing required by <br /> residents participating in this program; <br /> 5) detoxification support. <br /> B. TROSA further agrees to provide the following services <br /> pursuant to this contract: <br /> 1) provide clinical evaluation, determine presence of <br /> addiction, coordinate and monitor the individual's interaction to <br /> the substance abuse treatment center; <br /> 2) preform random urine screens on all program <br /> participants through a contractual arrangement with NIDA Certified <br /> Laboratory; <br /> 2 <br />
