11 <br /> I <br /> are not received pursuant to that grant, County will have no <br /> further liability for payment. <br /> F. Each party agrees to be responsible for its own <br /> liabilities and that of its officers, employees, agents or <br /> representatives arising out of this agreement. <br /> G. This agreement may be terminated by either party with or <br /> without cause by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice. The <br /> thirty (30) day termination period shall commence on the date of <br /> receipt of the notice by the affected party. <br /> H. Each party agrees to be responsible for its own <br /> liabilities and that of its officers, employees, agents or <br /> representatives arising out of this Agreement. <br /> I. This agreement shall run upon signature through June 30, <br /> 1995. It is not subject to renewal. <br /> J. TROSA and the County agree that each party will comply <br /> with such non-discrimination laws as may be applicable to them in <br /> performance of this contract. <br /> R. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the <br /> parties and shall not be altered, amended or modified except by an <br /> agreement in writing executed by the duly authorized officials of <br /> both parties. <br /> L. The laws of North Carolina shall govern the validity and <br /> interpretation of the provisions, terms and conditions of the <br /> agreement. <br /> 4 <br />
