z <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE LEASE RENEWAL <br /> Under the terms of a lease dated February 1, 1993, between the County of Orange and the <br /> Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce, pursuant to Section 2 of attached lease (exhibit A), the <br /> Chamber and the County choose to renew lease for the leased premises known as the Dickson <br /> House for a period to commence upon signature of lease and continue through June 30, 1997. <br /> Section 12.
