The Human Services agencies will be <br /> relocated upon completion of the southern Human Services Building,however,it is likely that growth <br /> in the Court related functions will require that the County maintain the lease for the entire facility. With <br /> this in mind, it is recommended that this lease renewal extend for a period of three years,which is <br /> somewhat standard to County lease commitments. <br /> The landlord has agreed to renewal terms as follows: <br /> Term: July 1, 1995 through June 30,1998. <br /> Rent: Effective July 1,1995 annual rent of$37,525;with annual CPI adjustments thereafter. <br /> All other terms and conditions of the lease shall remain the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends approval of a lease renewal for the Moody Building, <br /> 103 Laurel Avenue,Carrboro,NC through June 30,1998;and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of <br /> the Board. <br />
