Wake Opportunities (Head Start); located at Northern <br /> Human Services Center, Cedar Grove; <br /> 2.) JOCCA-Cedar Grove Day Care; located at Northern Human <br /> Services Center, Cedar Grove; <br /> 3.) JOCCA—Nutrition site at Southern Human Services Center, Chapel Hill. <br /> 4.) Community School for People Under Six; located at Southern Human Services Center, <br /> Chapel Hill. <br /> BACKGROUND: These agencies operate day care services and Senior nutrition sites at the <br /> Northam as well as the Southern Human Services Centers. They are on-going programs with leases <br /> originating in 1983. Terms and conditions of each lease remains the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends approval of lease renewals for Wake <br /> Opportunities, JOCCA, and Community School for People Under Six through June 30, 1998; and <br /> and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
