F <br /> 4 <br /> cooperatively with the Hospital staff and the social work <br /> staff of any county Department of Social Services to make <br /> appropriate referrals of patients and family members with <br /> problems not related to eligibility determinations. <br /> 6. As an employee of Orange County, the Social Worker I <br /> shall be directly supervised by and accountable to the <br /> Orange County Department of Social Services. Due to the <br /> nature of this agreement and the working relationship with <br /> the Hospital, it is necessary that close contact be kept with <br /> the Hospital administration and certain members of the <br /> Hospital medical staff. In recognition of this factor, the <br /> Director of Fiscal Services of the Hospital shall name a <br /> staff member to act as liaison between the Social Worker I, <br /> the departments of the hospital and other staff personnel. <br /> Changes in duties and/or basis of financial participation may <br /> be made after prior written approval and agreement between <br /> the Hospital, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and <br /> Orange County Department of Social Services. Any changes in <br /> this agreement to add personnel will require the approval of <br /> the Orange County Board of Social Services and County <br /> Commissioners. <br /> 7. This Agreement shall be for the term July 1, 1995 to <br /> June 30, 1996. <br />
