<br />HERTZOG RESEARCH, LLC <br />PROJECT NO. 8005 <br />ORANGE COUNTY GOVERNMENT . <br />CITIZEN SURVEY ON TAX MEASURES <br />REPORT OF PRELIMINARY TOPLINE RESULTS <br />Thursday, 14 February 2008 <br />Introduction <br />This report contains the preliminary final results of the survey conducted for Orange County <br />from 6 to 13 February 2008,. A total of 397 telephone interviews were completed with <br />registered voters in Orange County who are likely to vote in the 6 May primary election. The <br />overall sampling error is +/- 4.0%. This report shows the results in questionnaire order, with the <br />question wording first, followed by the number and percentage of persons giving each response. <br />Percentages are based on 397 responses unless otherwise stated. <br />These data are preliminary, as verbatim responses have yet to be numerically coded for analysis, <br />and data-quality checks may (or may not) shift the totals herein by one or two responses per <br />question in the final report to be presented to the County on 19 February.
