The agreement <br /> requires that all three parties must approve changes to the tipping fee <br /> schedule. <br /> The Landfill Owners' Group has recommended to the governing bodies of <br /> the three jurisdictions that 1995-96 tipping fees be established as <br /> follows: <br /> Current Recommended <br /> Waste Category Fee Fee Increase <br /> Mixed solid waste $25/ton $31/ton $6/ton <br /> Ash $16/ton $17/ton $1/ton <br /> Brush/clean wood waste $5/ton $10/ton $5/ton <br /> The proposed tipping fee changes can be accommodated within the <br /> County's 1995-96 Public Works budget as approved by the Board of <br /> Commissioners during the June 19 budget worksession. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board approve 1995- <br /> 96 tipping fees of $31/ton for mixed solid waste, $17/ton for ash, and <br /> $10/ton for brush/clean wood waste. <br />
