2 <br /> Action Agenda Item <br /> Industrial Rail Access for Builders' Supply <br /> Meeting Date: June 26, 2995 <br /> Page 2 <br /> At this point in the selection process, one other NC county is being considered. In order to <br /> finalize Builders' Supply and Lumber's ability to use the NC Department of Transportation <br /> Industrial Rail Access Funds in Orange County, the Board of County Commissioners must adopt <br /> a Resolution in Support of their project. Adopting this Resolution will in no way obligate the <br /> Orange County to fund any portion of this rail access project. <br /> Recommendation: The Manager recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve <br /> the Resolution in Support for the proposed Mebane location of Builders' Supply and Lumber <br /> Company, Incorporated. <br />
