The information and the financial information <br /> provided about Time Warner Incorporated in the Transfer of Ownership filing are the <br /> responsibility of the management of company's involved. <br /> We reviewed the records to determine whether the company provided sufficient information, <br /> consistent with that prescribed by the Federal Communications Commission. Discussions <br /> with the Federal Trade Commission and representatives of CVI were conducted by the <br /> consultants and compared against known information about the companies.
