Cablevision Industries ' Franchise with the <br /> County requires Board approval before transfer can be <br /> executed. The Board must assure that there will be no <br /> adverse impact upon subscribers as a result of the <br /> transfer. <br /> The Cable TV Citizen Advisory Committee discussed issues <br /> surrounding the transfer with Bob Sepe, Consultant from <br /> Triangle J Council of Governments, on June 7, 1995. The <br /> Committee' s concerns are included under "Recommendation" <br /> in the attached report. Bob Gwyn, Chair, of the Cable <br /> Committee will comment on behalf of the Committee and <br /> Bob Sepe will be present for additional clarification of <br /> issues and concerns. <br />
