VT _ G <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> OF THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> Date: June 5, 1995 <br /> Name of Subdivision : Chase Hollow Major Subdivision <br /> Owner/Applicant: J.D. Cecil/Chase Hollow Partnership <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves Chase Hollow Subdivision <br /> preliminary plat, dated April 4, 1995 and containing 14 lots, subject to the fulfillment of <br /> requirements specified herein. <br /> The only road in the subdivision is Mallory Court. The developers request that this road <br /> be approved as a Class A private road. The Planning Staff has found that the size of the <br /> lots, setbacks, length of the road, location and rural character of the surrounding area <br /> justify a private road. A Private Road Justification Statement and Declaration of <br /> Restrictions and Provisions for Private Road Maintenance were received from the <br /> owner/applicant on January 5, 1995. Mallory Court will have access to New Sharon <br /> Church Road (SR 1538) approximately 1,650 feet south of the intersection with Walker <br /> Road (SR 1553) and about 1.5 miles north of the intersection of St. Mary's Road (SR <br /> 1002). Entrance to New Sharon Church Road will meet the requirements stipulated <br /> below. All access to lots will be via Mallory Court. Before the Final Plat of any phase <br /> of Chase Hollow can be recorded, the following requirements must be completed: <br /> A. Sewage Disposal <br /> 1. Each residential lot shall contain an adequate area for septic disposal, and <br /> repair area, approved by the Orange County Division of Environmental <br /> Health. <br /> 2. Disclosure that the septic system location may restrict the size and location <br /> of improvements. This disclosure shall be included in a document <br /> describing development restrictions to be recorded concurrently with the <br /> Final Plat. The document shall also disclose that information regarding the <br /> tentative location of septic systems is available from the Orange County <br /> Health Department, Division of Environmental Health. <br /> B. Roads and Access <br /> 1. Mallory Court shall be: <br /> a. Constructed to Class A private road standards within a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way as provided in the Orang@ County "Subdivision <br />
