Article 3 - Funds <br /> In financial support of the grant-in-aid, Donor agrees to pay to The Pennsylvania State <br /> University the sum of$8,000. This sum shall be payable in advance on or about the start <br /> date shown above. <br /> Article 4 - Publications <br /> The University retains title in and has the right to publish the results of Research. <br /> Preprints of technical papers intended for publication shall be available to Donor upon <br /> request. Periodic reports on progress in Research may be produced from time to time, <br /> and these reports will be available to Donor upon request. Donor is not precluded from <br /> disseminating descriptive reports of said information.
