He <br />27 <br />said this showsa positive cost of service analysisand it is different. <br />28 <br />Commissioner Gordon asked if this parcels out the personnel cost. <br />29 <br />Craig Benedict saidthere area cost side and a revenue side, and these are estimated <br />30 <br />at a higher value house. He said at this level, there is apositive value flow from residential. <br />31 <br />Commissioner Gordon said this is going to be consideredin other businessat other <br />32 <br />meetings,andit is good to see an example that is worked through.
