He read a portion of a document from the state assembly, and he said the <br />40 <br />Board of County Commissioners has authority over water departments and canrevoke their <br />41 <br />licensing if they put drugs like fluoride in the water. <br />42 <br />43 <br />b. <br />Matters on the Printed Agenda <br />44 <br />(These matters will be considered when the Board addresses that item on the agenda <br />45 <br />below.) <br />46 <br />47 <br />3.Petitions by Board Members <br />48 <br />Commissioner Pelissier petitioned fora presentation by staff regardingalternatives to <br />49 <br />septic systems onsitesor on lots. She would like to see options that allow more clustering and <br />50 <br />more open space. <br /> <br />
