Stancil, Town Manager <br />FROM: Mary Jane Nirdlinger, Planning and Sustainability <br />Loryn Clark, Housing and Community <br />Judy Johnson, Principal Planner <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of the Rogers Road Sewer Project and Extension of the <br />Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) <br />DATE: October 15, 2014 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Tonight the Council continues the public hearing from September 8, 20141 to consider amending <br />the boundary of the Town's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). The area currently designated as <br />the Joint Planning Area is being considered for expansion of the ETJ.
