He thanked staff members who have participated in this <br />10 process. <br />11 Commissioner Price asked about the Carrboro Conditional Use Permit (CUP) process. <br />12 Jeff Thompson said the CUP process will happen parallel to the schematic design work. <br />13 Commissioner Price asked about the guaranteed maximum price, which is listed prior to <br />14 the date of completed design work. <br />15 Jeff Thompson said he will look into this. <br />
