Expense Description Amount Back packs and school supplies $3,500 Community Engagement Pro : Garden $1,500 Program Services For assistance with this or the following section, please reference the Exhibit A instructions and example, located within the contract and reporting memorandum. Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below,by June 30,2015. • The back school bash : is to send neighborhood youth back to school with the message that their community believe that education is important, and help provide material assistance to underscore this commitment to education. The program aims to provide parents and students with supplies necessary for scholastic success. • Community garden: is providing opportuinty for connection and introduction that helps develop the centers outreach. In to addtion to providing healthy food it offers a forum for relationship building. Anticipated Outcomes The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County, only (all Towns and municipalities). If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants within that measure's description or for an earlier performance measure. Performance Measures Anticipated Results Provide backpacks and supplies to be distributed to deserving low income students in the 400 area.
