Publish notice of intent to file <br />application <br />7. Make legislative committee 45 -day <br />filing <br />8. File LGC application <br />9. Prepare statement of debt and <br />statement of estimated interest <br />10. Board introduces bond orders and <br />schedules public hearing <br />11.
