Board adopts preliminary resolution BOCC meeting sometime in May or early <br />explaining purpose for referendum June <br />and authorizing publication of notice <br />of intent to file LGC application <br />6. Publish notice of intent to file <br />application <br />7. Make legislative committee 45 -day <br />filing <br />8. File LGC application <br />9. Prepare statement of debt and <br />statement of estimated interest <br />10. Board introduces bond orders and <br />schedules public hearing <br />11.
