Grant funds through the North Carolina Department of Health and Human <br />Services and through the Kate B. Reynolds Foundation will help support the development and <br />implementation of plans developed by committees and will assist in the production and <br />distribution of the executive summary. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the assessment <br />and executive summary and express its appreciation to the Healthy Carolinians Council for its <br />leadership in this project.
