Topical Area 2 — Plans to Address "Recommendations" and "Issues for <br />Further Study" <br />The draft Master Plan includes a series of recommendations and several "issues for <br />further study." The Board asked for elaboration on how these might be addressed. This is, unfortunately, an all- too - common <br />occurrence for such surveys, for a variety of reasons that are well- documented. <br />
