This plan s mize adverse <br />visual effects of wireless telecommunications suptures and <br />antennas through careful design, siting, landscapng and <br />innovative c amouflaging techniques. <br />(d) Evidence that the applicant has investigated the possibilitie f placing <br />the proposed equipment on an existing wireless support struc re.
