Article 2: Procedures 31 <br />Section 2.9: Conditional Districts <br />(C) Text amendments to this Ordinance for stormwater provisions shall comply with the <br />requirements in effect for any other text amendment. , <br />2.9.1 Conditional Use District (CUD <br />(A) \ Generally <br />Any use permitted under the CUD process shall conform to all pplicable <br />development regulations for the corresponding general use z Wing district as well <br />as any specific development standards outlined within this rdinance. <br />(2) The Board of County Commissioners, in reviewing a CU application, may <br />i pose such reasonable conditions upon /theplicant l of a UD request as will <br />of rd protection of the public health, safen al welfare, ensure that <br />sub antial justice is done, and ensure ere tme1 <br />(3) Only t se conditions mutually agreed to plicant and the Board of <br />County ommissioners may be imposedD application. <br />(4) Within the conomic Development Distris), there are specific uses that <br />require appr al of a CUD.
