He received a letter fr Harry Jacobs asking that <br /> the Board make some tangible efforts o address several equity and <br /> procedural concerns before raising t impact fee. Also, a letter <br /> was received on May 26 from Joan C. ith asking that the Board of <br /> County Commissioners strongly oppose ssing the facilities impact <br /> fee. <br /> Chair Carey announced that the and of County Commissioners <br /> will consider a decision on this it at their June 5, 1995 <br /> regular meeting. <br /> Commissioner Willhoit made refe nce to a table Mr. Collins <br /> had a year ago showing the number of wilding permits in the <br /> County's planning jurisdiction. It s broken down by mobile <br /> homes and site building. To the ext d that this data is <br /> available, he would like to have an ate of this table. He <br /> recalls that about 50% of the build permits in the County were <br /> for mobile homes and most of the bui ing permits in Chapel Hill <br /> were for multibedroom homes. This c ld provide a basis for a <br /> differential fee. <br /> With no further consents, Chair grey, Jr. adjourned the <br /> meeting.
