Changes made by the legislature in 1994 were incorporated. <br /> Previous changes approved by the County Commissioners are listed on the <br /> attachment under separate cover and will be incorporated into the <br /> publication upon approval by the County Commissioners. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Rules of Procedure as written in the <br /> publication with the amendments listed in the attachment. <br />
