The
Board of Directors are requesting that the Board of
Commissioners approve the same resolution.
The State will not entertain this request without the
specific approval of all three Boards of Commissioners
from the three county programs. The Person and Chatham
Boards of Commissioners have adopted the resolution.
Tom Maynard, Are Director, OPC Mental Health, will
present the resolution and discuss the issues
regarding substantial equivalency.
