I am familiar with the propert}- at <br /> 1300 Ferguson Road now owned by Wayne and Brenda Combs, and have been for <br /> over 30 years. I have lived in this part of Orange Count• all my life, and <br /> currently live less than a mile away through the woods. <br /> I knew J.B. Martin, the former owner of the land for about <br /> 20 years, and used to work for him. I know that he bought the property now <br /> owned by the Combs' around 1979. During 1979, 1980 and 1981 I was on the <br /> property about once a month, usually riding horses through it. J.B. Martin <br /> started to put used parts cars on this land during this time, and I know <br /> that by 1981, there were at least 40 used parts cars on the land. <br /> This the day of Ir, 1991 . <br /> WILLIAM C.
