Abandoned vehicles shall be towed <br /> Lo your company's storage facility. Your company will receive the towing fee <br /> for- removal of the vehicle. After thirty (30) days your can apply a Mechanic's <br /> Lien on abandoned vehicles and then dispose of properly. <br /> Your canpany' s wrecker driver will be advised by the police officer when <br /> a vehicle is considered abandoned and should be towed to y n t rr- f a c i l i t y. <br /> _ The definition of an abandoned vehicle is: "a vehicle of any kind" which <br /> is parked or left standing "upon any public street" or right-of-way and "sane <br /> ut-mved fore a per iod of time in excess of forty-eight (48) holm°s." (Sec. 21 -22 <br /> Town Code of ordinance. ) After due process of law sUch vehicle may be r-ecI,eved <br /> as abandoned.
