Hinkley responded that would <br /> not be necessary in monitoring the Combs case. <br /> Mr. Zadjeika stated that a question of compliance <br /> had been raised and that there is an issue of <br /> compliance that is not being met at the present <br /> time. Cantrell responded that is not what is <br /> before the Board. What is before the Board is an <br /> EC-5 zoning and that is all the Board can <br /> address. The only information that can be <br /> considered now is information that was not <br /> available at the original public hearing. <br /> Ms. Noonan referred to the cars that Hinkley had <br /> indicated had been removed from the back lot. <br /> She noted that automobiles were still there. <br /> Cantrell responded that that was an issue of <br /> compliance and is not what the Board is dealing <br /> with at this time. The car crusher <br /> is available to remove all or part of the cars <br /> once Mr. Combs receives a decision from the Board <br /> of County Commissioners on the rezoning. <br /> Ms. Noonan continued expressing concern that <br /> the number of cars on the site seemed to be <br /> increasing.
