He asked that if the EC-5 zoning is granted, -it <br /> reflect very precisely the actual area of and that was in use as a storage <br /> facility in 1981-at the time that it would iave had to be in use as a storage <br /> facility to justify such a rezoning. They do is ue permits for some kinds of land <br /> use like Special Use Permits and Home Oc pation Permits which are for a <br /> particular use of the land. He has lived th a for six years and this salvage <br /> operation has never bothered him.
