The parcel proposed for rezoning contains <br /> approximately 2.75 acres which is currently zoned <br /> AR Agricultural-Residential. <br /> The zoning designation requested is for AS <br /> Agricultural Service. Normally, the maximum <br /> amount of land zoned for agricultural service <br /> purposes is no more than 10 acres. Access to the <br /> proposed zoning lot is from the west side of White <br /> Cross Road. <br /> All surrounding properties lie within Orange <br /> County's jurisdiction and are zoned AR <br /> Agricultural-Residential. <br /> In the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan, <br /> this property is listed- as Agricultural- <br />
